I have been meaning to email you but the time got away from me. During a bout of particularly tough weather recently, we lost power. And because of this, the system that controls my water pressure stopped working. When the power returned, I had very little water pressure. I called the number on your voicemail at 7pm and Clayton returned my call very quickly and walked me through the system and how to reset it. I have 2 young kids at home and they needed baths that night. He was a lifesaver. I just wanted to thank him and Glastonbury Water Systems for the great quality customer service you continue to provide me. Thanks again.
